Qué escribir
Пишите с адреса, на который заведена учётная запись, — так мы поймём, о каком хозяйстве речь. Если дело в ошибке, помогает знать модель телефона и что происходило на экране перед сбоем.
Write from the address the account is registered to — that way we know which household you mean. If it is about an error, it helps to know the phone model and what was on the screen before it happened.
Escriba desde la dirección con la que está registrada la cuenta: así sabremos de qué hogar se trata. Si es un error, ayuda saber el modelo del teléfono y qué había en la pantalla antes del fallo.
Пароли, коды из писем и снимки экрана с ними присылать не нужно — они нам не требуются ни при каком обращении.
Do not send passwords, codes from emails, or screenshots containing them — we never need them for any request.
No envíe contraseñas, códigos de los correos ni capturas que los contengan: no los necesitamos para ninguna consulta.

Общего срока ответа мы не обещаем: приложение ещё не выпущено, и такое обещание было бы пустым.
We do not promise a general response time: the app has not been released yet, and such a promise would be empty.

Один срок обязателен и назван в политике: обращения о персональных данных — копия своих данных, исправление, удаление, ограничение обработки, возражение, отзыв согласия — рассматриваются в течение 30 дней.
One deadline is binding and stated in the policy: requests about personal data — a copy of your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent — are answered within 30 days.
Un plazo sí es obligatorio y está en la política: las solicitudes sobre datos personales —copia de sus datos, rectificación, supresión, limitación del tratamiento, oposición, retirada del consentimiento— se atienden en un plazo de 30 días.

Borrar la cuenta
Учётная запись удаляется самостоятельно, в приложении. Что именно удаляется, что остаётся и почему — на отдельной странице. Там же сказано, что делать, если доступа к приложению уже нет.
You delete the account yourself, inside the app. What exactly is deleted, what remains and why is on a separate page. It also says what to do if you no longer have access to the app.
La cuenta la borra usted mismo, dentro de la aplicación. Qué se borra, qué queda y por qué está en una página aparte. Allí también se explica qué hacer si ya no tiene acceso a la aplicación.

Una copia de sus datos
Просить её у нас не нужно: приложение собирает копию само. Нажмите на своё фото в правом верхнем углу, откройте «Настройки», раздел «Безопасность» → «Выгрузить мои данные». Получится один файл JSON, который телефон предложит сохранить или отправить себе. Ни интернет, ни обращение к нам для этого не нужны.
There is no need to ask us for it: the app assembles the copy itself. Tap your photo in the top right corner, open «Settings», the «Security» section → «Export my data». You get a single JSON file, which the phone offers to save or send to yourself. Neither the internet nor a request to us is needed.
No hace falta pedírnosla: la aplicación compone la copia por sí sola. Toque su foto en la esquina superior derecha, abra «Ajustes», sección «Seguridad» → «Exportar mis datos». Obtendrá un único archivo JSON que el teléfono le ofrecerá guardar o enviarse. No hacen falta ni internet ni una solicitud a nosotros.

Что собирается, зачем, кому передаётся и сколько хранится — в политике конфиденциальности. Условия пользования приложением — в пользовательском соглашении. Условия, на которых мы обрабатываем данные по поручению работодателя, — в договоре обработки. Что работодатель видит о сотруднике, а чего не видит никогда, — на отдельной странице.
What is collected, why, who it goes to and how long it is kept is in the privacy policy. The terms of using the app are in the terms of service. The terms on which we process data on the employer’s instructions are in the data processing agreement. What the employer sees about an employee, and what they never see, is on a separate page.
Qué se recoge, para qué, a quién se cede y cuánto se conserva está en la política de privacidad. Las condiciones de uso están en las condiciones de uso. Las condiciones en las que tratamos los datos por encargo del empleador están en el contrato de tratamiento. Qué ve el empleador sobre el empleado y qué no ve nunca está en una página aparte.
