How to delete your Domiq account
Cómo borrar su cuenta de Domiq
Удалить учётную запись можно прямо в приложении: нажмите на своё фото в правом верхнем углу — откроется экран «Профиль», — пролистайте до конца и нажмите «Удалить аккаунт». На следующем экране нужно отметить два согласия и ввести слово «УДАЛИТЬ». Отменить удаление нельзя.
You can delete your account inside the app: tap your photo in the top right corner to open the «Profile» screen, scroll to the bottom and tap «Delete account». On the next screen you tick two acknowledgements and type the word «DELETE». Deletion cannot be undone.
Puede borrar su cuenta directamente en la aplicación: toque su foto en la esquina superior derecha para abrir la pantalla «Perfil», baje hasta el final y pulse «Eliminar la cuenta». En la pantalla siguiente hay que marcar dos confirmaciones y escribir la palabra «ELIMINAR». El borrado no se puede deshacer.

Удаляется всё хозяйство целиком: объекты, задачи, смены, финансовые записи, документы, переписка и учётные записи приглашённых вами сотрудников в этом хозяйстве.
The whole household is deleted: properties, tasks, shifts, financial records, documents, messages and the accounts of the employees you invited to this household.
Se borra el hogar entero: propiedades, tareas, turnos, registros financieros, documentos, mensajes y las cuentas de los empleados que usted invitó a este hogar.

Удаляется ваша учётная запись и всё личное: имя, телефон, почта, фотография, дата рождения, личные документы, уведомления. Ваш профиль у работодателя становится обезличенным — вместо имени остаётся пометка о бывшем сотруднике.
Your account and everything personal is deleted: name, phone, email, photo, date of birth, personal documents, notifications. Your profile at the employer becomes depersonalised — instead of a name it keeps a note about a former employee.
Se borra su cuenta y todo lo personal: nombre, teléfono, correo, fotografía, fecha de nacimiento, documentos personales, notificaciones. Su perfil en el empleador queda despersonalizado: en lugar del nombre queda una nota de antiguo empleado.
Рабочие записи у работодателя остаются: выполненные задачи, отработанные смены, подотчётные расходы, оценки. Это данные, которыми распоряжается работодатель, а не вы: они нужны ему для отчётности и не могут быть стёрты решением одной стороны. Ваше имя из них убрано.
The work records at the employer remain: completed tasks, worked shifts, accountable expenses, reviews. This is data the employer disposes of, not you: they need it for their records and it cannot be erased by the decision of one side. Your name has been removed from it.
Los registros de trabajo en el empleador permanecen: tareas realizadas, turnos trabajados, gastos justificados, valoraciones. Son datos de los que dispone el empleador, no usted: los necesita para su contabilidad y no pueden borrarse por decisión de una sola parte. Su nombre se ha retirado de ellos.

Future shifts and unfinished tasks are taken off you.

Consent records are kept for 3 years after withdrawal — this is the evidence of what a person agreed to and when, and it cannot be destroyed sooner.
Los registros de consentimiento se conservan 3 años tras la retirada: son la prueba de a qué consintió la persona y cuándo, y no se pueden destruir antes.

Write to support@domiqteam.com from the address the account is registered to. We will delete it and reply to say it is done.
Escriba a support@domiqteam.com desde la dirección con la que está registrada la cuenta. La borraremos y le responderemos confirmándolo.
